Inovations
To ensure the success of our company, we have always invested in the use of advanced technologies. Thanks to the combination between our in-house specialists’ expertise and our ultra-modern machines our company boasts an unparalleled technical know-how.
Our Headquarters possess an area of 4000 m2, devoted exclusively to production, equipped with modern automatic and semi-automatic machinery. Nowadays our company has one of the most impressive sets of machinery in the market.
Our machines have distinct and specific characteristics, perfectly adapted to the various stages of the production circuit.
Cad/Cam
Our pattern placing software allows us to optimize our fabric-cutting operations, effectively reducing the waste of raw materials to a minimum. Our automatic cutter can cut through several fabric layers of up to 5cm thick and we can cut a wide variety of textile materials.
We apply completely computerized procedures for extra speed and reliability.
Optimized pattern distribution. Automated fabric spreading system for a precise placement of fabrics upon the cutting table. Automated blade cutting for optimal quality and speed. Marked cutting tables for a better manual placement of striped and checkered fabrics.
Stabilized plate provided by a fusing press. Manual cutting for specific styles (with embroideries, printed fabrics, lace, fur…). Tables with fixing needles (for striped and checkered fabrics). Automated press with belts.
Textile Lab
We can assess the quality and conformity of production fabrics, the compliance with compulsory rules (REACH, Ökotex…) apply strict tests to the contents of raw materials and secure the quality of supplies through physical and chemical analysis. We have our own in-house lab to provide you with a quick and efficient service.

Technology
DIGITAL PRINTING
Applying digital printing directly on to your garments by using top end industrial inks specifically developed for textile printing allows us to achieve optimal results.
This technique has also the advantage of not needing the same quantity of chemical products necessary for the preparation of garments, something that other conventional printing techniques cannot be without.
The type of ink used by this technique is water based and compliant with the Oeko-Tex certification.
Why choose Digital Printing ?
· You can create beautiful dégradé effects and respect every nuance of your images.
· You can reproduce pictures or high resolution images with a large array of colors.
Advantages : Perfect for small productions. Ideal for colorful visuals. Very soft light colours. Use of water based eco-inks with Oeko-Tex certificate.
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation is used to print on textile fibers and has the great advantage of being highly-resistant to washing and keeping colors bright and vivid.
The principle behind sublimation : the pictures/patterns/motifs are printed (in offset) on paper piece, which will then be used to decal those onto the textile base.
The paper and the textile base are superimposed on one another and pressed together by a hot cylinder (around 210º Celsius) for a predetermined amount of time. The pressure and the heat applied by the cylinder, transfer the ink printed on paper to the fibers of the fabric and the final result is a solid, vibrant print on a previously plain piece of fabric.
Two reasons to choose the sublimation technique :
Unmatched print Quality :
The sublimation print is able to provide stark contrasts, true depth and intense colors.
The colors are incredibly bright and the range is vast, including even high-density blacks.
Sublimated fabrics also absorb light and reduce the glare of the garments.
A Wide Range Of Available Materials At Your Creativities’ Service :
A wide range of fabrics multiplies the variety of combinations and makes even more room for creativity!
This choice of materials will enable you to create unique and distinctive visuals, deeply connected to your brand’s message.
The technique’s washing resistance is so solid that it can widthstand washing cycles at up to 90° Celsius
Please note that sublimation prints can only be performed on textile bases whose content is, at least, 50% Polyester or higher.
Airdye Technology
The Airdye technology is a new and revolutionary technique for fabric printing and dyeing that doesn’t require the use of water.
This technology consists of a single-step procedure that bypasses the need for any liquid dye. The patented dyes are transferred to the fabrics through a heating process, without using any solvents or emitting any polluting agents. The used-up paper is recycled afterwards.
Dyes and pigments can also be recycled and used to make recycled asphalt tar. This technique is able to create really sharp color contrasts and it can also be used to print the two sides of the same piece of fabric (with different colors and designs as necessary).
Using the Airtdye technology to print or dye a garment can save up to 25 liters of water.
PLEATING
THE ART OF PLEATING
This ancestral art is one of the most famous decorative techniques in the Fashion industry.
We can pleat the most diverse materials: real leather, synthetic leather, polyester and other materials… Pleated objects leave the world of the ephemeral and take you into a new one, more durable and solid and often unusual and fun. Without losing their apparent fragility and their beauty.
Almost every pleat is possible. Some can be extraordinarily complex and fanciful, others can be slightly more conventional like the Plissé Soleil or the Accordion pleat.
We are able to make amazing hand-made pleats or pleats made in a loom using cardboard Kraft sheets. The fabric is placed between two cardboard molds and gradually folded into the desired shape before being moved into an oven to be heated and ensure the newly-made pleats retain their shape. Alternatively, the fabric is pleated using the folds in the mold itself, by directly applying steam as a fixating force.
